WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Xoala is looking for a Regulatory Compliance Manager to join our international team of talented individuals. As the Regulatory Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring compliance with Swedish financial regulations.

In more detail, the Regulatory Compliance Manager will be responsible for:

  • Act as the primary contact with the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (SFSA) and other relevant regulatory bodies, handling inquiries, audits, and licensing requirements.
  • Prepare, submit, and manage all required regulatory reports to ensure timely and accurate compliance with SFSA obligations.
  • Design, implement, and monitor compliance policies and procedures in alignment with Swedish regulatory changes and company objectives.
  • Provide compliance training and guidance to employees, ensuring a strong compliance culture.
  • Keep the company informed of regulatory changes, offering strategic compliance guidance to support business decisions.
  • Assist the shared services function across the organization by providing regulatory expertise and compliance-related guidance.
  • Perform any other related duties, as may be required by the Onboarding Team, Management, and/or the direct Supervisor.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE

  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within a financial services institution.
  • Knowledge of SFSA directives will be considered an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Finance, Business, or any other related field.
  • A proactive and adaptable mindset to improve internal processes and support policy development.
