As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you will be part of our global team and provide comprehensive administrative support to managers and team members. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain new and challenging work experiences and create an unparalleled, direct impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide support to the Head of Product Science and MS&T and the leadership team.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare instruction letters, user guidelines, memos, and other business documents to ensure accurate and effective communication.
  • Onboarding & Training: Manage the onboarding process and oversee training documentation.
  • System Management: Serve as a superuser for Coupa and ensure streamlined purchasing and system assistance.
  • Legal and Compliance Tasks: Oversee DocuSign processes and contract review sheets.
