Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Human Resources Leader to join our ImmunoDiagnostics Division (IDD) as a key member of our HR leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective talent strategies that reinforce our business goals and advance culture change initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with global business leaders, resolve talent gaps, and seize opportunities to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with global business leaders to turn strategy into action, resolving talent gaps and seizing opportunities that support our goals of hiring, engaging, developing, and retaining outstanding talent.
  • Assume responsibility for Global Operations and Research & Development, contributing to division-wide HR strategies, programs, and process development and implementation.
  • Demonstrate strong HR expertise, including talent management, organizational design, development, and change management.

Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, along with senior-level Human Resources experience in large multi-national companies. You should have comprehensive HR experience, including a complete understanding of the full mix of HR functions. Strong stakeholder management, critical thinking, and analytical skills are essential, along with the ability to effectively lead multiple projects and stakeholder groups.
