Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Operational Validation Specialist to join our team at TN Sweden. This is a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and services.

Job Summary

The Operational Validation Specialist will be responsible for leading validation activities within project teams, developing plans and strategies, and coordinating the implementation of validation, qualification, and commissioning processes. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop Plans and Strategies: Create comprehensive plans and strategies for validation activities, including test protocols and other necessary documents.
  2. Coordinate Implementation: Work with cross-functional teams to implement validation, qualification, and commissioning processes, ensuring seamless handovers to production.
  3. Lead Independent Activities: Coordinate independent activities throughout the entire process chain from initiation to handover to production.
  4. Drive Continuous Improvements: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Technical or Scientific University Education: A degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or science.
  • Extensive Industry Experience: At least 10 years of experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Validation Management Expertise: Proven experience in validation management, including GAMP5.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities, with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
