Job Summary:
Jobandtalent UK Ltd is seeking an experienced Account Growth Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth and developing innovative strategies to acquire new clients. As an Account Growth Manager, you will be responsible for expanding our client base and driving sales efforts.
About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and close key target accounts across multiple verticals.
- Work closely with our clients' Directors and C-level executives to guide them through complex sales cycles and showcase the transformative power of our Workforce-as-a-Service innovation.
- Identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date on industry changes and innovations.
- Lead negotiations with potential new clients and close contracts.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or account management, specifically targeting mid-market or enterprise clients within the Staffing Industry or SaaS.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to present yourself professionally and persuasively to clients.
- Fluency in German at a native or highly professional level and good English skills (at least B1).
- A strong understanding of the industry and its trends, as well as the ability to navigate tender processes successfully.
