As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work on complex trials, applying your expertise in site management and monitoring. You'll also collaborate with other functional leaders to coordinate delivery handoffs and meet study milestones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee site interactions post activation, ensuring compliance with protocol, SOPs, ICH GCP, and country regulations.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with data integrity, regulatory compliance, and patient safety.
  • Develop and maintain clinical study tools and templates, including the Clinical Monitoring Plan.
  • Train study teams on protocol specifics, Case Report Forms, dashboards, and Sponsor SOPs.
  • Collaborate with functional leaders to coordinate delivery handoffs and meet expected study milestones.
