Job Title: Dynamics 365 Expert

Company Overview

We are seeking an experienced expert to join our team as a Dynamics 365 specialist. This individual will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions using Microsoft Dynamics.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Work closely with the solution architects and functional teams to develop and deliver customised solutions using Microsoft Dynamics.
  2. Develop expertise in Data Migration, Data Integration, and Master Data Management.
  3. Provide presentations and demonstrations to clients and customers, showcasing complex solutions integrated with third-party software.
  4. Estimate costs for Statements of Work (SoW), Change Requests (CRs), or any other commercial engagement.
  5. Review and test customisation procedures before handing them over for functional testing.
  6. Communicate non-functional requirements to stakeholders.
  7. Document clear requirements or user stories with relevant acceptance criteria, assumptions, design decisions, and Fit-Gap analysis.
  8. Control and manage change on the project by identifying, communicating, and implementing it.
  9. Create and review functional requirements and designs for customisations (Functional Design Documents).
  10. Provide training and ensure a good understanding of Waterfall and Agile project principles.
  11. Identify and resolve bugs, knowledge gaps, and raise Microsoft tickets as necessary.
  12. Prepare handover documentation for transition to support functions.
  13. Utilise DevOps for requirements collection and delivery.
  14. Share knowledge through learning channels.
  15. Prioritise and plan time for personal use, project work, and initiative work.
  16. Maintain current knowledge on technical advances through Microsoft and community resources.
  17. Complete Build and Release in MS DevOps.
Requirements
  1. Strong expertise in C#, Microsoft .NET, JavaScript, Microsoft Power Platform, and Logic Apps.
  2. Familiarity with Type Script, JSON, HTML, SSAS, SSIS, SSRS, SQL, Service Bus, Azure App Services, and Service Endpoints is desirable.
  3. Excellent technical design skills.
  4. Experience with MS Azure DevOps as a repository.
  5. Associate-level MS certification in multiple areas.
  6. At least five years of experience working with Dynamics 365.
  7. Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
