Medical Equipment Repair Expert

Job Details
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Medical Equipment Repair Expert to join our team at the Stryker Group. As a Medical Equipment Repair Expert, you will be responsible for maintaining a professional and profitable repair and preventive maintenance service business on Stryker's products while ensuring compliance with the quality system and manufacturer specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Repair and check electronic/mechanical Stryker products.
- Complete annual checks and calibration according to MDR on customer sites.
- Utilize software and technological tools to maintain proper records and access technical information.
- Assist the regulatory affairs department/customer to action product recalls, field safety notices, and field action notices.
- Fulfill service contracts with planned maintenance.
- Support the installation of Stryker systems on customer sites.
- Perform software and hardware upgrades.
- Efficiently and thoroughly document service activities for internal and external reference.
- Ensure traceability of all field-based Stryker products through reporting tools.
- Provide technical support to internal and external customers.
- Escalate opportunities and issues in appropriate team meetings.
- Ensure excellent follow-up on all customer-initiated issues.
- Ensure service provided is invoiced if not under warranty.
Requirements
- Educational background in at least one of the following disciplines: Electrical, Electronic, Telecommunications, Mechanical, or Software.
- Fluency in both spoken and written Swedish (technical and medical).
- Good level of English to understand training and manuals, in writing and speaking.
- Adequate IT knowledge (Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, MFG/Pro, PS3, Outlook).
- Full Driver's license.
- Ability to build relationships with internal and external customers to drive brand loyalty.
