Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Technician to join our team in the Skäne region. As a Sales Support Specialist RT, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support and technical expertise for our radiotherapy and radiosurgery systems.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Offering comprehensive after-sales service for our radiotherapy and radiosurgery systems, including diagnosis, maintenance, repairs, and network integrations.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for customers, understanding their needs, and delivering efficient solutions.
  • Installing and integrating complex software solutions in hospital environments remotely or on-site.
  • Performing routine calibrations and preventive maintenance services to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with our customers, providing expert guidance, and ensuring their satisfaction.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor/Master degree in Electrical or Biomedical Engineering or Medical Physics.
  • Extensive knowledge of informatics and experience in diagnosing issues in IT infrastructure and networking topics.
  • Prior experience in service/maintenance in the field of robotics, x-ray equipment, and/or IT.
  • Excellent social, teamwork, and self-management skills.
  • Strong communication skills in English, with Swedish being an asset.
  • The ability to work efficiently from your home office and travel up to 80% of the time.
