Job Description:

We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager to join our team at One Group AB. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients across Denmark.

As the primary point of contact, you will work closely with our sales team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients. Your responsibilities will include collecting content, coordinating information, and communicating with clients to ensure they feel well taken care of.

You will also be responsible for handling domain and email account transfers on behalf of clients. With your positive and service-oriented approach, you will contribute daily to delivering an outstanding client experience.

Responsibilities:
- Contact clients via welcome calls for our website product.
- Discuss clients' requirements for their website and consult on structure and expectations.
- Coordinate final revision requests and ensure successful publication after website creation.
- Handle domain and email account transfers on behalf of clients.

What We're Looking For:
- Professional experience in client service and enjoyment of daily client interaction.
- Affinity for digital products and processes allowing quick familiarization with new systems.
- Basic understanding of website structure and design principles.
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
- Excellent written and spoken Danish language skills.

Salary:
The gross salary for this position is 26,000 SEK/month for 37.5 hours/week.
