Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining and optimizing flows, validation rules, and process automation, as well as creating, managing, and analyzing reports and dashboards to provide valuable insights to the teams.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, and sales automation.
  • A solid understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Experience with Experience Cloud is advantageous.
  • Proven ability to configure Salesforce to meet business needs, especially in Flow and other automation tools.
  • Experience in managing smaller projects, including planning, execution, and follow-up.
