We are seeking a highly skilled Central Parts Coordinator to join our team and play a critical role in the success of our Central Parts business. As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing various tasks to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Task Coordination: Coordinate and execute various tasks, including data entry, report generation, and correspondence with customers and suppliers.\
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.\
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient stock rotation.\
  • Supply Chain Management: Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate prices, manage lead times, and resolve any issues that may arise.\
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce waste, and optimise operations without compromising quality.\
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and colleagues, to ensure seamless collaboration and information sharing.\
  • Training and Development: Provide guidance and support to colleagues to enhance their skills and knowledge, promoting a culture of continuous learning.\

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a similar industry or sector.\
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.\
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.\
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.\
  • High school diploma or equivalent education/experience that we find relevant.\
