About Lifting Automation Division

As one of three divisions under Piab Group, the Lifting Automation Division specializes in smart lifting solutions using vacuum technology. ABOUT THE ROLE

As our Global Marketing Coordinator, you'll help drive our marketing efforts forward. This is a role for someone who thrives on variety, loves connecting dots, and can seamlessly juggle multiple projects while keeping our brand message sharp and consistent. This function directly supports the Global Marketing Manager with administration, coordination, and execution of tasks required to achieve business goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

A 360-Degree Marketing Role

This is a comprehensive position that touches every aspect of our marketing ecosystem. You'll support, develop, create, and activate content and campaigns across all our platforms. From social media to trade shows, from digital campaigns to internal communications, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our marketing efforts run smoothly and efficiently, making a real impact.

You'll work hands-on with our various marketing channels—planning, creating, and publishing engaging content that connects with our audience. Whether it's crafting social media posts, keeping up with the latest marketing trends, or analyzing campaign performance, you'll be a part of growing our brand's presence and helping to drive our marketing strategy forward together with the Central Marketing team.

  • Lead and execute global marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness and business growth.
  • Support with planning and managing trade shows & events—from logistics to execution, making every event a success.
  • Develop, create and activate engaging marketing content across digital platforms and print.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with sales and business goals.
  • Analyze performance & optimize campaigns to maximize results.

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

  • 0-2 years of experience in lead generation and/or marketing in a B2B environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Web Development, Project Management, Communication, or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong willingness to learn new abilities and skills.
  • You are a proactive and innovative person who's not afraid to generate new ideas based on data-driven insights.
  • You are a strong communicator with excellent writing skills.
  • Fluency in English is required.

WHAT WE OFFER

The Global Marketing Coordinator will be joining a marketing team that spans two continents and multiple time zones. Our central marketing team is a dynamic, split-location squad with team members in both Chicago, US, and Kungsbacka, Sweden.

You'll be hands-on, testing and activating global campaigns alongside the Global Marketing Manager. You'll be right in the middle of the action.

As part of our central marketing team, you'll also be a link between our global vision and local execution. We're all about teamwork: our central team develops and creates the big-picture marketing campaigns, while our regional marketing colleagues bring these ideas to life in their specific markets. You'll have the exciting challenge of supporting and inspiring marketing efforts across the globe, helping regional teams localize and activate campaigns that resonate with local audiences.
