Job Title: Head of Product, Courier and Delivery Experience

We are seeking a seasoned product leader to drive the vision and strategy for our courier and delivery experience. This role will oversee the development of innovative solutions that enhance the user journey, improve operational efficiency, and foster a positive experience for our couriers and consumers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design, build, and launch new features and products that improve the courier experience.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes that drive operational excellence.
  • Define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with company-wide goals and objectives.
  • Build and manage a high-performing team of product managers who share your passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in product management leadership, with a strong background in consumer-facing products and logistics.
  • Exceptional leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse internal teams and external partners.
