Role Overview

Welcome to this dynamic work environment within WaterAid's Policy and Programme Partnerships team. This role involves managing a portfolio of projects, ensuring adherence to donor requirements and our quality standards.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in managing grants from institutional donors and/or foundations, including financial monitoring, reporting, and contract review.

Demonstrated ability to manage donor relationships and strengthen partnerships will be essential. Experience working in an international NGO, institution, or similar organisation is also required.

A strong communicator, able to engage with diverse audiences and cultures, is necessary. Pragmatic and solution-focused, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in teams, is also essential.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage a portfolio of contracts from donors, ensuring timely delivery according to contract and quality standards.
  2. Continuously monitor project progress to ensure we are delivering as per contract and meeting quality standards.
  3. Support County Programmes in developing narrative and financial reports for donors.
  4. Conduct thorough gender analyses of projects and reports provided by country programmes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
