Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a skilled Java Tech Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding our development team and ensuring the successful delivery of software projects.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing, developing, and deploying full-stack applications
  • Buidling and maintaining microservice architecture
  • Implementing best practices in software development and ensuring code quality
  • Improving and reviewing technical processes to enhance productivity
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
  • Mentoring and coaching team members to foster their professional growth
  • Driving the adoption of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
  • Ensuring the stability and scalability of our applications in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

You should have several years of experience in software Java development with a strong emphasis on full-stack development.
