Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Lead Functional Consultant to drive the successful implementation of business solutions by understanding client requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and collaborating with technical teams to ensure seamless execution. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, domain expertise, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Requirement Analysis:
- Engage with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and solution designs.
- Conduct workshops to define project objectives and scope.
- Solution Design & Implementation:
- Develop and present functional designs, workflows, and use cases.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure alignment of solutions with business needs.
- Support end-to-end implementation, including configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Project Leadership:
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and team members.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams.
- Conduct regular status updates and reports for leadership.
- Testing & Quality Assurance:
- Define and oversee functional testing, UAT, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure solutions meet business objectives and comply with standards.
- Document and resolve functional issues efficiently.
- Training & Documentation:
- Prepare user manuals, process documentation, and training materials.
- Conduct end-user training sessions to ensure successful adoption of solutions.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in functional consulting roles, with at least 3 years in a lead capacity.
- Strong knowledge of ERP/CRM/Business Process tools such as SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, etc.
- Expertise in process mapping, requirements gathering, and functional design.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

- Certification in relevant ERP/CRM platforms.
- Experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
