World Leading Data-to-Growth Sales Specialist

As a key member of our Nordic/Global Sales team, you will play a vital role in capturing new business opportunities and driving sales efforts forward. Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying potential clients within the Enterprise and SMB segment and leveraging leads generated by our Marketing team.
- Assessing opportunities, conducting product demonstrations, and delivering sales presentations to effectively communicate Nepa's value proposition.
- Engaging in negotiations with clients to refine proposals and establish optimal pricing.
- Achieving consistent sales targets by closing deals at competitive price points.
- Collaborating with internal teams, such as Account Managers, to ensure a seamless implementation process.
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- A strong track record of success in Net New Logo sales within the Enterprise or SMB domain.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to effectively articulate complex value propositions.
- A results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of consistently surpassing sales targets.
- A proactive approach in conducting targeted outreach and lead generation activities.
- Outstanding organizational skills, including proficiency in managing the customer purchase process and negotiating contract terms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English.
- A collaborative mindset, adept at coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
