Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and moderate our brand's social media accounts, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for our community.
  • Develop and execute community activities and events to foster a sense of belonging and encourage user-generated content.
  • Collaborate with our Community Manager to create and implement a comprehensive community strategy, aligning with our brand's goals and objectives.
  • Prepare and publish high-quality content for social media platforms, including text, images, and videos.
  • Monitor and analyze community feedback, sentiment, and engagement metrics to inform future community development initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and composure, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
  • Experience in community-focused projects, including moderating, administering, or leading thriving fan communities and initiatives.
  • Understanding of essential social media channels, including Twitter, Reddit, and Discord.
  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content creation tools.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Experience managing social media accounts and online communities, including content production, posting, and moderation.
  • Video editing experience and proficiency in content editing tools, such as Photoshop.
  • Interest in the sandbox and factory building games, as well as a passion for community engagement and development.

Working Arrangements

  • Hourly-paid, part-time freelance or contracting job.
  • Reports to the Community Manager.
  • Remote work arrangement, with flexibility to work from home or other locations.
