Citibank (Switzerland) AG is seeking a skilled Communications Specialist to join our team in Stockholm. As a key member of our Global Communications team, you will be responsible for developing and executing internal and external communications strategies that drive business results and enhance our reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Public Affairs & Government Affairs Director in developing and implementing communications plans that align with business objectives.
  • Work closely with the Public Affairs & Government Affairs Officer Nordics to enhance and protect the reputation of Citibank (Switzerland) AG in the Nordic market.
  • Develop and execute internal communications plans and initiatives to engage employees and promote company values.
  • Support external communications efforts, including event planning and social media content development.
  • Collaborate with the Global Social Media team to ensure local social content is aligned with global content.
  • Develop background briefing documents and speaking notes for senior executives.
  • Assist with media relations opportunities and help develop and amplify brand activities in the external market.

Requirements:

  • Communications, Public Relations, or related experience preferred.
  • Strong event management and project management skills.
  • Experience in content creation for internal and external purposes.
  • Excellent digital communications and Microsoft 365 skills.
  • Social media content development experience and working knowledge of major social media platforms.
  • Fluency in English and Swedish is required, with additional Nordic language skills a plus.
  • Creativity and initiative, with strong relationship management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business management, communications, marketing, or a related field.
