  • Monitor and analyze account performance, client satisfaction, and market trends.
  • Present regular account reviews and reports to clients and Truesec's management.
  • Address client concerns and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging threats, and competitive landscape to provide clients with expert advice and solutions.
