Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) Manager to join our team at Dometic Holding AB. As M&A Manager, you will play a key role in driving acquisition and divestment projects, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Project management of M&A and carve-out processes, including hands-on project coordination and leadership of workstreams.
  2. Financial and commercial analysis and evaluation of business operations, markets, competitors, and strategic options.
  3. Support business segments with strategic planning and execution, identifying potential acquisition targets and analyzing their strategic, commercial, financial, organizational, and cultural fit.
  4. Perform financial modeling and valuation analysis of acquisition targets and divesture candidates.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in finance, economics, or business, with at least 3 years of hands-on M&A experience. Key skills include:Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Strong numerical skills and ability to work with data.Good understanding of financial markets and commercial acumen.Ability to analyze complex information and develop well-structured presentation materials.
