Channel Manager Nordics

Sandvik Coromant is seeking a skilled Channel Manager to drive sales growth in the Nordic markets. As a key member of our Nordic Cluster Management Team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve profitable growth through existing and new sales channels.
Your MissionAs a Channel Manager, you will be accountable for:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to drive profitable growth through existing sales channels, such as distribution, web sales, and Machine Tool partners.
- Cascading, adopting, and implementing the global channel strategy to local markets in collaboration with our Regional Sales Manager and Account Manager.
- Driving channel marketing plans and initiatives to reach set goals and objectives.
- Managing and controlling local sales channel strategy, including developing business relations with channel partners and ensuring successful end-user and channel partner relations.
We are looking for a candidate with a degree in mechanical or manufacturing engineering, economics, or a related field. You should have experience in managing customer relationships, ideally via distributors, in a sales capacity, including communication, presentation, and negotiation. Knowledge of channel marketing and Power BI is required, and fluency in English is essential. Knowledge of Swedish is a plus.
