Develop Profitable Sales Growth in the Nordic Markets

Sandvik Coromant is seeking a skilled Channel Manager to drive sales growth in the Nordic markets. As a key member of our Nordic Cluster Management Team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve profitable growth through existing and new sales channels.

Your Mission

As a Channel Manager, you will be accountable for:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to drive profitable growth through existing sales channels, such as distribution, web sales, and Machine Tool partners.
  • Cascading, adopting, and implementing the global channel strategy to local markets in collaboration with our Regional Sales Manager and Account Manager.
  • Driving channel marketing plans and initiatives to reach set goals and objectives.
  • Managing and controlling local sales channel strategy, including developing business relations with channel partners and ensuring successful end-user and channel partner relations.
Your Profile

We are looking for a candidate with a degree in mechanical or manufacturing engineering, economics, or a related field. You should have experience in managing customer relationships, ideally via distributors, in a sales capacity, including communication, presentation, and negotiation. Knowledge of channel marketing and Power BI is required, and fluency in English is essential. Knowledge of Swedish is a plus.
