  • Provide exceptional customer service and address any questions or concerns during report delivery meetings.
Requirements
  • Relevant academic background (bachelor's degree or equivalent).
  • Fluent English language skills; knowledge of Swedish, German, or other Nordic languages is beneficial.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent storytelling abilities.
  • Understanding of social survey design and methods.
  • Innovative mindset combined with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Determination to achieve results and adaptability to change.
  • Experience managing external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Tableau, SPSS, Power BI, or similar tools.
