Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Experience Manager to join our team in Örebro. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth through effective lead generation strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Customer Engagement: Proactively engage with customers visiting the store or events to identify potential leads and create a pipeline of prospects through active interaction and data capture.
  2. Sales Support: Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs, answering their questions and objections, and selling potential leads on the test drive experience.
  3. Lead Capture: Execute successful lead capture strategies during events, ensuring maximum engagement and conversion opportunities.
  4. Data Management: Efficiently manage and organize captured lead data, maintaining accuracy and completeness in CRM systems.
  5. Customer Value Proposition: Build value for customers by understanding their requirements, presenting our vehicles, and effectively communicating the value proposition to drive conversion.
  6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with sales teams and other relevant departments to align strategies, share insights, and contribute to the overall improvement of the lead capture, sales processes, and product proposition.

Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport and engage with customers.
  • Strong knowledge of Tesla's products, including vehicles, solar panels, and energy storage solutions.
  • Ability to communicate information in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • Proven track record of delivering excellent customer experiences.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work on weekends and evenings as required.
