At Adtraction, we are seeking a dynamic and structured Customer Success Manager to drive the satisfaction and success of our clients. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a diverse portfolio of brands, offering exceptional customer service and fostering collaborative relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Address customer needs and concerns promptly via Adtraction's help center support system, email, and telephone.
  2. Collaborate with multiple new and smaller accounts, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
  3. Actively contribute to upselling and cross-selling of Adtraction products and services.
  4. Expand and develop collaborations with existing partners and advertisers, driving long-term value.
  5. Optimize and maintain the Customer Success Team's customer base.
  6. Support the Account Manager team with research and coordination tasks.
  7. Ensure a seamless experience for customers, maintaining excellent service and delivering results.
Professional Skills
  1. Proficient in Swedish and English language.
  2. Strong written and oral communication skills in Swedish and English language.
  3. Experience in sales or customer advice, with a keen interest in digital marketing.
Personal Attributes
  1. Proactive and self-driven.
  2. Structured and able to prioritize tasks efficiently, while handling multiple responsibilities. Positive and solution-oriented mindset, collaborating effectively within a team.
