As a Field Sales Representative at HACH, you will be responsible for nurturing and expanding our customer base in central Sweden. You will work closely with both existing and potential new customers in the industrial sector and be the primary point of contact to ensure that customers receive the right solutions for their water quality measurement needs.
You can also look forward to participating in trade shows and other sales activities to promote HACH products and solutions, to expand your professional network.
In this role, a typical day will look like:
- Proactive sales and establishment of new customers in (Central) Sweden.
- Maintenance and development of existing customer relationships.
- Identifying customer needs and presenting relevant solutions and products.
- Preparation of quotes and negotiation of contracts.
- Participation in trade shows, events, and other sales activities.
- Ongoing follow-up on orders and sales processes.
- Manage all sales activities and opportunities in CRM system (Salesforce)
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the industrial sector.
- Technical understanding and interest in industrial products, particularly in measurement technology.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Strong negotiation skills and excellent communication abilities in both Swedish and English.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to extensive travel within Sweden
