Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Data Center Inventory and Assets Tech Manager. This role will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our inventory and asset management processes, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the inventory and asset management processes, including inbound and outbound logistics, inventory cycle audits, and data center regulatory compliance activities.
  • Lead and guide a team of technicians to effectively manage warranty processes and data bearing device (DBD) destruction.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in inventory and asset management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Ensure compliance with established methodologies and approaches to ensure delivery and execution of contracts and purchase orders.
  • Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise to junior team members.
Requirements
  • High school diploma and experience in warehouse/supply chain in an IT environment, inventory management, retail, warehouse management, logistics, or a related field.
  • Experience in a managerial/lead position, with ability to commute to a daily work location in the Gavle area.
  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in warehouse/supply chain in an IT environment, IT, and/or logistics, operating heavy-load movement equipment.
  • Project management experience.
  • Certification in APICS/ASCM, IAITAM, Inventory Control, or equivalent.
