About the Role

In this dynamic role as Senior Product Manager at Tech Invest North, you will have the authority to enhance our existing hardware product portfolio and uncover opportunities for new products. Your key responsibilities will include crafting market and product requirements, overseeing the entire product lifecycle through launch, and developing products that meet customer needs while staying ahead of market trends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the development and execution of the global product vision and strategy for hardware offerings.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and leverage customer feedback to inform product decisions and identify growth opportunities.
  • Champion customer-centric product design, addressing the needs of drivers, property owners, and installers.
  • Oversee product lifecycle management, ensuring products meet regulatory requirements and market demands.
  • Act as a bridge between technical and business teams, translating complex requirements into actionable plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product marketing materials, installation instructions, and technical documentation, ahead of product launches.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
  • Experience in Product Management or similar roles, with a preference for experience with Hardware products.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the agility to navigate rapidly changing conditions.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster collaboration across diverse teams.
  • Ability to execute multiple products and projects in parallel, applying agile methodologies where they best fit.
