About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Geotechnical Engineer to join our team at Geosyntec Consultants. As a key member of our geotechnical department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to our clients in the field of geotechnical engineering.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage geotechnical projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Develop and implement geotechnical designs and solutions for various infrastructure projects, including dams, tunnels, and foundations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide geotechnical expertise and support to clients.
  • Conduct site investigations, laboratory testing, and numerical modeling to inform geotechnical design decisions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Geotechnical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in geotechnical engineering, with a strong background in dam design and construction.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality geotechnical services to clients.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
