About the Role

As an Interim Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for leading our recruitment efforts and ensuring that we find the best candidates for our open positions. You will work closely with our hiring managers to understand their needs and develop strategies to attract top talent. You will also be responsible for managing our recruitment process, including creating job descriptions, advertising job openings, and conducting interviews.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You should also have experience in recruitment and a proven track record of success in finding top talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead our recruitment efforts and develop strategies to attract top talent.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment plans.
  • Manage our recruitment process, including creating job descriptions, advertising job openings, and conducting interviews.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment marketing campaigns to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with our HR team to ensure that our recruitment efforts are aligned with our overall business strategy.
Requirements
  • +1 year of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of success in finding top talent.
  • A degree in Human Resource Management or a related field—or a shorter related education combined with relevant work experience.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English (both written and spoken), as both languages will be used in daily work.
