Job Description

This field-based position involves significant travel, both domestically and internationally, for CME and Congress activities. As the Key Account Manager responsible for new therapy areas, you will focus on the Swedish market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Promotion & Strategy Implementation:
    • Enhance company awareness, value, effectiveness, and profitability through successful sales promotion activities.
    • Collaborate with regional and national stakeholders to implement and align strategies and initiatives.
    • Optimize product positioning and visibility across pharmacies, optician stores, other sales channels, and online platforms.
  • Stakeholder & Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders, including pediatric ophthalmologists, opticians, and clinic personnel.
    • Strengthen customer relationships at regional and national levels.
    • Support Key Account Managers in executing customer collaboration initiatives.
  • Market Insights & Strategic Alignment:
    • Collect customer feedback and market insights to identify opportunities for improving products and initiatives.
    • Share insights with the team and management to inform decision-making.
    • Coordinate with country managers to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Marketing Material Localization:
    • Manage translation and adaptation of marketing materials in collaboration with the Country Manager.
  • Safety & Quality Compliance:
    • Collect and report safety-related information to the Pharmacovigilance Unit and quality-related information to the Quality Assurance department.

Requirements

  • Industry Experience: Proven experience in account management or sales within healthcare-related industries.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong ability to engage and manage relationships with various healthcare professionals.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Fluency in English and Swedish, interpersonal skills, and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Life Sciences, Business Administration, or Healthcare Management.
  • Technical Proficiency: Analytical skills, data analysis and reporting tools, and proficiency in using CRM software and project management tools.
