Senior Account Manager New Therapy

The Senior Account Manager New Therapy will be responsible for the area of Sweden, focusing on sales promotion and strategy implementation. This field-based position requires significant travel, both domestic and abroad, for CME and Congress activities.
Responsibilities:- Sales Promotion & Strategy Implementation:
- Enhance company awareness, value, effectiveness, and profitability through successful sales promotion activities.
- Collaborate with regional and national stakeholders to implement and align strategies and initiatives.
- Optimize the positioning and visibility of Santen products across pharmacies, optician stores, other sales channels, and online platforms.
- Stakeholder & Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders, including pediatric ophthalmologists, opticians, and clinic personnel.
- Strengthen customer relationships at regional and national levels, working closely with Country Manager and Key Account Managers.
- Support Key Account Managers in executing customer collaboration initiatives.
- Market Insights & Strategic Alignment:
- Collect customer feedback and market insights to identify opportunities for improving Santen's products and initiatives.
- Share insights with the team and management to inform decision-making.
- Coordinate with country managers to ensure strategic alignment.
- Marketing Material Localization:
- Manage the translation and adaptation of marketing materials to ensure relevance and effectiveness in local markets.
- Safety & Quality Compliance:
- Collect and report safety-related information and quality-related information in compliance with current requirements.
