European Payments Specialist

The Senior Sales Manager will play a key role in driving revenue growth across Europe by expanding Trustly's gambling merchant base. The primary objective is to identify new merchant opportunities among online gambling operators, create a sizeable pipeline of potential clients, and successfully conclude negotiations with key target merchants.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting, to presenting services in meetings and contract execution.
- Establish a strong pipeline of gambling operator opportunities across European markets.
- Work closely with the Integration team to ensure seamless implementation and go-live processes.
- Drive high sales activity output and collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve business goals.
- Participate in industry marketing activities, including conferences and external events.
To succeed in this role, you must be a self-motivated individual with a strong ownership mentality. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in complex B2B sales and/or business development is required, preferably in the payments industry for online gambling.
You should possess a large network in the online gambling and/or payments industry and have excellent communication skills in English, with another European language being an advantage.
A solution-driven problem solver with a creative mindset and ability to manage internal and external stakeholders is essential. Strong verbal and written communication skills are also necessary.
