Job Title: Grants Expert Sweden

Uniper is seeking a highly skilled Grants Expert to join our team in Sweden. As a Grants Expert, you will play a crucial role in securing financial support for our projects in Sweden.

About the Role

The Grants Expert will be responsible for ensuring accountability, transparency, and efficiency in the use of granted funds. Key parameters include compliance with regulations and risk management, and you will need to stay up-to-date with relevant rules and policies governing grant financing and proactively address any non-compliance issues or risks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and explore grant opportunities and funding sources.
  • Develop and submit compelling grant applications that clearly outline Uniper's project objectives, goals, and intended use of funds.
  • Establish and manage relationships with various stakeholders, including project teams, business controlling, finance, ESG, tax, risk, and external partners to gather information, coordinate activities, and ensure effective implementation of grant-funded projects.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, collect data, and prepare reports to demonstrate the impact and results of grant-funded projects.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • University degree in law, economics, or public administration.
  • Several years of experience in grant management, including a deep understanding of relevant regulations, policies, and best practices governing grant financing.
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Office 365.
  • Fluent language skills in Swedish and English (spoken, written, and comprehension).
