Subsidies Manager SWE

We are seeking a highly skilled Grants Expert to join our team at Uniper, focusing on securing financial support for our growth projects in the New Green Power and Gas Area, with a primary focus on Sweden.

• Research and identify potential funding sources that align with Uniper's strategy
• Develop compelling grant proposals that articulate the mission, objectives, and intended use of funds for Uniper's growth projects
• Manage budgets for grant proposals and monitor expenses throughout the grant period
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of grants, ensuring compliance with all requirements and deadlines
• Collaborate with project teams, Business Controlling, Finance, Corporate Communication, and Governmental Relations to gather information and ensure effective implementation of grant-funded projects
• Evaluate and report on project progress, collecting data and preparing reports to demonstrate outcomes and impact to grantors
• Stay informed about relevant regulations and policies governing grant funding and proactively address any compliance issues or risks

• University degree in law, economics, or political science
• Several years of professional experience in funding management, including an understanding of relevant regulations, policies, and best practices governing grant funding
• Understanding of energy markets and a sound commercial understanding
• Existing network in the field of funding
• Integrative and pragmatic personality with the ability to effectively manage stakeholders and interfaces
• Ability to quickly connect with others and motivate in times of tight and challenging deadlines
• Precise and accurate working method
• Analytical skills and ability to understand complex topics and describe them in an understandable manner
• Intercultural competence
• Excellent skills in MS Office 365 applications
• Professional command of English and Swedish
