Vi är en ledande aktör inom multimodala transportlösningar och söker en erfaren Customer Support Specialist för att vara en del av vårt team i Malmö.
ArbetsuppgifterSom Customer Support Specialist kommer du att vara en nyckelspelare i vårt kundserviceteam. Du kommer att arbeta nära våra kunder, partners och interna team för att säkerställa smidiga och effektiva logistiklösningar. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter inkluderar:
- Att hantera inkommande förfrågningar via telefon och e-post.
- Att ansvara för bokningar, leveranser, styrning, reklamationer men också affärsutveckling.
- Att hålla dig uppdaterad om våra multimodala transportlösningar för att ge bästa möjliga service.
- Att bidra till kontinuerlig förbättring av våra processer och rutiner.
Vi söker dig som har tidigare erfarenhet av kundservice inom logistik- eller transportbranschen. Du skall ha god förståelse för branschen i stort, ha lätt för att skapa relationer och se lösningar på de problem eller möjligheter som dagen har med sig. Det är även viktigt att du är en trygg person som löser uppgiften på ett säkert och kvalitativt sätt. Utöver erfarenheten, kommer stor vikt läggas vid personlig lämplighet eftersom du kommer arbeta i ett mycket sammansvetsat team där det är viktigt att man är hjälpsam och samarbetsvillig.
KravFör att vara aktuell för tjänsten behöver du:
- Kunna svenska och engelska i tal och skrift.
- Besitta god erfarenhet av att jobba med mail, Office-program men också branschspecifika system som: WMS, TMS eller andra supportsystem.
- Ha erfarenhet av kundstödsprocesser.
- Vara duktig på att kommunicera.
- Flexibel, självgående och kan hantera flera uppgifter samtidigt.
- Ha en förmåga av att vara lösningsorienterad.
För övrigt är det meriterande om du:
- Talar fler språk.
- Erfarenhet av järnvägslogistik.
- B-körkort.
