We are a family of passionate hospitality professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences in our upscale casual dining restaurants. Our mission is to redefine modern Italian dining, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join our team.
Our two flagship brands, Basta and Florentine, have established themselves as Scandinavia's most popular restaurant brands. Both of our Stockholm locations were among the Top 10 most booked restaurants in previous years.
Basta offers great value for guests in beautifully designed spaces inspired by Amalfi's narrow streets and Milano's northern vibes. On the other hand, Florentine provides culinary experiences in a glamorous setting straight from the Italian movie scene.
Future Growth Opportunities
- Basta will expand to 18 locations in Sweden by 2030.
- Florentine is set to go international, targeting the Middle East, Oslo, and London.
- A new multi-unit Italian concept launches in the near future.
- A modern Spanish tapas restaurant opens in Stockholm soon.

About You and the Role
We seek driven, hands-on hospitality leaders who can make an impact in high-energy environments. As part of our leadership team, you'll shape the guest experience, lead dynamic teams, and drive operational excellence in high-volume, full à la carte restaurants.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A natural leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and leads by example.
- Experience in managing large teams in high-volume restaurants or bars.
- Possession about training, developing, and inspiring teams to succeed.
- An emphasis on guest experience, ensuring every visit exceeds expectations.
- A strong problem-solver with the ability to make quick, strategic decisions.
- A team player who fosters a positive, people-first workplace culture.
- Entrepreneurial and driven to improve operations and team performance.
- Fluent in English (Swedish is a plus but not required).
