About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Order Administrator to join our team. As an Order Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of information between our customers, internal operations, and supply chain management. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling short-term forecasts, orders, and price information for our customers
  • Monitoring our supply situation in collaboration with Supply Chain Management to ensure alignment between forecast and orders in our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
  • Releasing extended warranties and licenses
  • Providing weekly forecast updates
  • Building long-term relationships with our team and customers
  • Acting as a professional and representative of our company
  • Providing accurate and timely information to customers
  • Driving improvement of the order process with customers
Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with expertise in Pivot and Vlookup
  • Experience with Enterprise Portal and ERP systems, preferably SAP
  • Process skills and a strong process approach
  • 1-2 years of related experience in order administration, sales, sales planning, logistics, or supply chain management
