We seek a CRM Application Trainer to join our team and improve sales enablement functions. This role will contribute to customer satisfaction, retention, and business outcomes while enhancing customer success strategies.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, document, and maintain CRM best practices, standard operating procedures, and usage guidelines.
  2. Create comprehensive CRM training sessions for sales users; collaborate with other teams as needed.
  3. Deliver engaging training sessions through various formats, including virtual live, on-demand videos, and self-paced learning modules.
  4. Analyze data from user adoption software to identify trends, areas for improvement, and high-performing practices.
  5. Collaborate with stakeholders to address adoption challenges.
  6. Audit CRM usage and identify areas for improvement in user experience and adherence to best practices.

Essential Qualifications:

  1. 3+ years of experience in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).
  2. Demonstrated experience in user training, instructional design, or curriculum development.
  3. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  4. Strong analytical skills and ability to translate user needs into actionable improvements.
  5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  6. Proficiency in creating training materials using tools like PowerPoint, video editing software, or e-learning platforms.
  7. Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  8. Technical aptitude to quickly learn and adapt to new CRM functionalities and tools.
