We're looking for a CRM Application Trainer to join our global team and take our sales enablement function to the next level. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring that sales teams achieve value from our learning systems. Your work will directly impact internal customer satisfaction, retention, and business outcomes while contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer success strategies.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, document, and maintain CRM best practices, standard operating procedures, and usage guidelines.
  2. Design and develop comprehensive CRM training sessions for sales users (and sales leaders as needed); collaborate with the Instructional Design team as applicable.
  3. Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions through various formats, including virtual live, on-demand videos, and self-paced learning modules.
  4. Collaborate with the other members of the CRM team to assess training needs and training effectiveness and refine training accordingly.
  5. Analyze data from the user adoption software to identify trends, areas for improvement, and high-performing practices.
  6. Collaborate with stakeholders to create targeted interventions or communications to address adoption challenges.
  7. Alongside the CRM Application Manager, regularly audit CRM usage and identify areas for improvement in user experience and adherence to best practices.

Key Experiences:

  1. 3+ years of experience in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).
  2. Demonstrated experience in user training, instructional design, or curriculum development.
  3. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  4. Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate user needs into actionable improvements.
  5. Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  6. Proficiency in creating training materials using tools like PowerPoint, video editing software, or e-learning platforms.
  7. Strong organizational skills with a keen ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  8. Technical aptitude to quickly learn and adapt to new CRM functionalities and tools.
