About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Customer Solutions Manager, responsible for driving cloud adoption and digital transformation for our largest Telecommunications industry customers. As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with customer executives, technologists, and partners to solve complex business problems and deliver transformational outcomes on AWS.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish a deep understanding of customer business vision, culture, and processes to develop a tailored cloud adoption strategy.
  • Lead the successful adoption of AWS, guiding customers through people, process, and technology facets of their cloud transformation journey.
  • Serve as the customer's cloud journey coach and voice of customer within AWS, evangelizing customer needs to AWS leadership, product, and engineering teams.
  • Collaborate with customer stakeholders to define their cloud business case and establish a vision/roadmap for their cloud program.
  • Work backwards from the customer's cloud business case to define a detailed plan, including key milestones collectively owned by Customer, AWS, and Partner teams.
  • Partner with customers to install and mature their Cloud Business Office capabilities, accelerate migrations, and broader adoption of AWS at scale.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs with a proven record of thought leadership, business case development, realizing customer benefits, and successful program completion experience.
  • 5+ years of customer-facing work, engaging with customer executives, technologists, or partners to solve business problems with advanced technologies experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business, or equivalent.
  • PMP certification, or SCRUM/Agile, SAFe certification.
  • Experience implementing cloud services, including migrations and modernization projects or similar.
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle, including design, development, test, build, deployment processes, and timelines.
  • Knowledge of Telco processes, including order management, service activation, and fulfillment.
  • Knowledge of BSS and OSS system transformation.
