We are seeking a seasoned Digital Transformation Expert to lead the implementation of marketing and communications technology for Nordea's Group Brand, Communication and Marketing organisation (GBCM). The successful candidate will manage and deliver complex projects, ensuring timely, budget-friendly, and high-quality results. As application owner for some of our tools, you will be responsible for their maintenance and ensuring internal stakeholders understand their potential.

Key responsibilities include defining project scope, governance, goals, and deliverables for development of existing tools or support for new tools in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. You will also support internal stakeholders in assessing, selecting, and implementing new technology solutions.

As a team player, you will establish and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders in GBCM, Nordea Finance, and other parts of Nordea, team members, vendors, and external partners. You will monitor and report on project progress to ensure milestones are met, and projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.

Requirements include experience in independently driving technology projects with good knowledge of MarTech tools, actively leading digital transformation initiatives in large organisations, and demonstrated experience in effectively collaborating with senior stakeholders involved in application projects and maintenance.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and excellent understanding of the user perspective of the tools, as well as strong business acumen and understanding of the financial industry, are necessary. Proven experience in managing projects in a complex environment, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in the aforementioned areas of responsibility are required.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, and experience using applications for social media management, content production, digital asset management, and data management and reporting, are highly desirable.
