- Collaborate with sales teams to expand customer agreements
- Experience working with SaaS B2B companies, preferably
- Strong understanding of company operations and learning strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze customer data and identify trends
- Fluent language skills in Swedish and English; additional languages are beneficial
