Key Responsibilities:

  • Executing our communication strategy and overall communication plans.
  • Creating and editing content for various communication channels.
  • Project leading and assisting in planning and executing internal and external events.
  • Publishing press releases, internal content, and other material targeting our different target groups.
  • Advising the organization in daily communication challenges and issues.
  • Collaborating with colleagues in the communication department and our network of contacts around the company.
  • Collecting, following up, and analyzing data from communication activities to evaluate their impact and effectiveness.
  • Supporting our crisis management efforts.

About You:

We're looking for a driven, creative, and solution-oriented individual who is passionate about storytelling. You should have excellent written and oral communication skills, a hands-on approach, and experience creating content in different formats and towards both internal and external target groups.

A Bit About Your Qualifications:

  • You have a university degree or equivalent in communications or journalism.
  • You have more than four years of relevant working experience and communication roles at agencies, large companies/brands, or media houses.
  • You possess strong communication, organizational, and project lead skills, with a detail-oriented approach and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • You have great experience and knowledge of creating communication activities that inform, engage, and inspire different target groups in internal and external channels.
  • You're genuinely interested in communication and have a sharp pen to formulate messages linked to our strategy, brand position, and values.
  • You feel accountable, can independently seek out new challenges, drive new initiatives, and effectively balance and prioritize different tasks.
  • You have strong social skills, including building trust, inspiring and motivating groups, and communicating with people from all levels of the company and external stakeholders.
  • You get energy from building relationships and can collaborate smoothly between teams, individuals, and different functions, internally and externally.
  • You have excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Swedish.
  • You have experience working with different publishing and editing tools.
  • Experience in working with press, media relations, and crisis communication is considered meritorious.
