Hitachi ABB Power Grids is seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner to support our Corporate Functions. In this role, you will drive the implementation of key HR processes, work on both operational and strategic tasks, and foster strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the development and implementation of all HR processes, including workforce planning, succession planning, performance management, and other processes as applicable.
  • Work closely with various stakeholders to ensure alignment of HR initiatives with business objectives, focusing on culture, people, and organization, while maintaining strong labor and stakeholder relationships.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and contribute to the achievement of long-term business objectives.
  • Proactively consult with management on HR matters, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the business, and provide coaching and support around key people management activities such as performance management, employee relations, talent management, learning and development, hiring and recruitment.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate HR reports, statistics, and structured processes to support informed decision-making.
  • Identify short- and long-term solutions for competence development, aligned with diversity and inclusion ambitions.
Required Background:
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in an HR-related field, preferably with experience working in a similar area.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, develop, and maintain collaborative working relationships with a sound understanding of business drivers and how best to utilize HR as a business partner.
  • Knowledge of labor market legislation, policies, and negotiation skills to influence others.
  • Capability to prioritize work tasks, communicate clearly, and anchor with stakeholders.
  • Flexibility, persistence, and ability to work independently, as well as collaborate well with others in a high-paced environment.
  • An excellent command of English is a must, both written and spoken. Swedish language would be an additional asset.
