About the Job

This position offers a chance to lead financial processes and optimize performance for central functions under the Robotics & Discrete Automation Business Area.

Main Objectives:
  1. Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
  2. Prepare, monitor, and follow-up budgets and forecasts for central functions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  3. Track, analyze, and report function costs, identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
  4. Coordinate financial activities across multiple departments, ensuring accuracy of financial statements.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and closing processes, with at least 2 years in a similar role.
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial systems and tools.
  • Able to balance attention to detail with the big picture and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
