Job Overview

We are seeking an Organizational Effectiveness and Workforce Planning Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing workforce planning strategies that drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain advanced workforce planning models and tools to inform business decisions.
  • Lead forecasting and analytics efforts to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement talent management strategies that drive business outcomes.
  • Design and deliver training programs to develop employees' skills and knowledge.
  • Partner with Learning & Development to create upskilling and reskilling programs that enhance employee capabilities.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for workforce planning tools and systems.
  • Establish global standards and facilitate training on best practices.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align workforce plans with business objectives.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of workforce planning methodologies, including talent management and development.
  • Deep knowledge of talent capability frameworks and alignment with business goals.
  • Ability to drive change and lead process improvements in complex environments.
  • Solid understanding of HR functions, technologies, and systems.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
