Hardware Development Team Lead Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Hardware Development Team Lead Specialist to join our team at TN Sweden. As a key member of our hardware development team, you will play a vital role in leading program development activities, participating in sprint planning, and collaborating closely with the Group Manager and team to implement agile methodology effectively.

Your primary responsibilities will include managing larger cross-functional activities as Work Package responsible, serving as the first point of contact for stakeholders outside the HW Team, analyzing resource utilization with the Group Manager to minimize the risk of delays, and identifying gaps, issues, following up, monitoring progress, coordinating tasks, and highlighting decisions needed.

About You

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A degree in or passion for hardware design.
  • Experience or understanding of engineering and product development.
  • The ability to compromise, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, including being structured, organized, outgoing, easy to work with, cooperative, and having great planning skills, teamwork, problem-solving, and initiative.
  • Fluency in English and preferably Swedish.
