At Hitachi Energy, we are seeking a skilled Failure Analysis Engineer to join our Supplier Quality team in Västerås, Sweden.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth design-level root cause analysis of Relion relay protection hardware and application functions.
  • Identify expertise support needs and manage defect management, including failure statistics analysis.
  • Improve test equipment and programming, documenting analysis results and creating RCA and 8D reports.
  • Enhance FA process efficiency to reduce analysis lead time.

The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree or higher in hardware engineering or equivalent, with technical knowledge on Relion series products and excellent leadership skills.
